CRG CRM Privacy Policy

CRG Catalytic Converters (FZC) uses CRG CRM to receive customer enquiries and to operate its internal customer relationship management system.

Information we collect

When you create a Lead account or send an enquiry, we receive the name, contact number, email address (if provided), region, languages, and enquiry text you submit. If you choose “Share location,” we also receive your device's current coordinates with that enquiry. You can send an enquiry without sharing location. Apple or Google sign-in gives us an account identifier and any profile details you authorize those providers to share.

For employees, the app processes work account details, customer contacts, purchases, deliveries, schedules, and related CRM activity. If an employee allows notifications, the app registers a push token to deliver work alerts. We use a device identifier to manage mobile sign-in sessions.

How we use and share information

We use this information to direct enquiries to the chosen regional branch, respond to customers, manage CRM work, secure accounts, and deliver requested notifications. Authorized CRG personnel in the relevant region can view enquiries. Service providers that host the app, deliver account email, or deliver push notifications process information needed to provide those services. We do not use the app for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and your choices

A Lead can delete their account and its linked enquiries in Lead settings. Anonymous enquiries are not linked to a Lead account. To ask about an anonymous enquiry, access, corrections, or deletion of other personal information, contact us using the details below. We retain operational records as needed to handle enquiries, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations; information may remain in backups for a limited period under our backup procedures. You can stop sharing location by declining the permission, and you can disable push notifications in device settings.
